Shaving- up or down?
Nobody taught me how to shave so I had to teach myself. I started to shave upwards against the grain and have done this for years. The problem is this really causes burning and stinging, and causes redness which is very embarrassing.
I know that you are suppossed to shave down, with the grain, but when I do this, I cant get a close shave. It looks as though I havent shaved. I can only get a close shave by going against the grain, upwards. Ive been told that my skin is used to me shaving in the wrong way, and that I should just stick to shaving down and my skin will adapt. Is this true? Any guys on here have any tips, please? |
I'm not sure, shaving upwards is more common then you think..a couple of my mates do, im a 'downer' though personally,
