Katie Waissel slams hurtful press on Twitter
Katie Waissel has dismissed a report which suggests she plans to quit the UK and move to America as "nonsense".
It was revealed in today's The Sun that the X Factor singer features on South Carolina musician David Reed's new album under her pseudonym Lola Fontaine and apparently plans to leave Britain for a US career. However, the 24-year-old took to Twitter this morning to call on the press to leave her alone. "I have to laugh, apparently now i'm 'fleeing' to the US! (sic)" she wrote. "c'mon give us a break!!" She added: "Stop writing all this nonsense!! it hurts!!" Waissel survived her fourth judges' sing-off last night against Aiden Grimshaw. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/s103/...n-twitter.html http://twitter.com/katiewaissel24 :worship: |

She will try it.
She is a very 'aryan' and blonde (though maybe not natural) tribe member and 'european' to the Hollywood and LA people. I said she would do that before I ever head of this Lola Fontaine or California connections or even knew if she'd ever been to the USA at all. Watch - she will try and I might even bet she already has an agent there and even some actors card. |

And then she will go global. To paraphrase Tim Rice's lyrics in Evita :- All my fans expect me to outshine the enemy I wont disappoint them I'm their saviour, that's what they call me So Lauren Bacall me, anything goes To make me fantastic, I have to be Rainbow High In magical colours. Next stop will be America The Rainbow's gonna tour Dressed up, somewhere to go We'll put on a show Look out mighty America Because you oughta know what you gonna get out of me Just a touch of England's brand of star quality. |

It's awfully hard to get an Artists' Visa to live in the USA. You have to prove your background in the music industry, give evidence of gigs you've done, music you've written, your history in the business... Which is a shame, because as soon as she ****s off the happier I will be. Although to be honest, the USA isn't nearly far enough. |

Seriously Katie, A. stop acting like a complete TWAT. B. Give up on the singing, it's not your thing, love, you'd probably make quite a good little actress, if you can learn a little bit of subtlety. C. If you can't take the pressure, go home and stop taking up space that interesting artists like Aiden could have otherwise occupied. D. Wish you the best in all you do; I just won't be parting with any of my cash to bear witness to the fruits. |
Ahh see, her tweets are boring, i follow Katie Weasel... much better!

She better be right and not try to take the SUN on, its a paper that really goes for the jugular if a celebrity cannot disprove what they report about them, if she is wrong and they know her to be wrong then if she thinks she has had bad press up to now, it will be like nothing if the SUN starts to unearth anything it can about her.

LOL at the future is here comment.
She can't keep herself out of the bottom two. How the feck is she going to sell records? Her only future here is in "Celebrity" reality TV programs and Iceland commercials. Or what I like to call "The Katona Effect." |
She's one girl I'd still ******, even if she did move to America.
