Who has caught the flu yet???

I have!

Was almost immobile yesterday and could hardly walk!

Feeling a little better today!

MissKittyFantastico 23-11-2010 01:46 PM

Man flu

Mr XcX 23-11-2010 01:47 PM

I always seem to catch it near Christmas :(

Angus 23-11-2010 01:49 PM

I had my annual flu jab at the end of October (cos I'm asthmatic), but I still caught the flu from my youngest son who had it for two weeks straight, and I was really ill for a week. The worst thing from my point of view (and the best from my family's) was that I lost my voice for nearly 3 days:joker:

I read that as anal flu jab.:joker:

I usually have the flu jab, but this year I found out they've added the swine flu vaccine to the regular flu vaccine so that's put me off tbh, I don't want it! Crafty way of using up the stock piles they must have left over after their scare mongering.

That is not flu you berk. You have a cold or virus. Influenza is a serious illness that puts you in bed for about a week.

:nono:

Then post a proper thread.

if you went to the doctors it still does not sound like flu. 99% of the time the doctor has to come to you.

probably just a cold you hypo

BOOSH 23-11-2010 02:23 PM

I've had it twice since septmeber -.-

I think I know when I have flu or not!

There are several strains of the virus. Plus I said I felt better but still sick.

I was driven to the doctors BTW even though it is none of your business!!

You should have been offered a free flu jab by your GP - not that it did me much good, though maybe I would have been a lot worse if I hadn't had it.
