Liam is by far the best singer, the other 3 are all average. I don't think he would leave though, I think it'd be the blonde one.

Zain is a very weak link in the group,he has no strength at all to his voice,really he needs to be discarded, as for who may be first to leave,I would say Liam,as jedward fever says he does think he's better than the others, but also in fact in my view, he is the best of the lot.
