That said I should know better now with her, she doesn't know truth and honesty actually bloody exists.

Gillian McKeith has been caught smuggling garlic powder, soup sachets, salt and spices, sewn into her knickers - tchh not the only thing thats been in Gillian's knickers if the pregnany stories are true

Loads of celebs have smuggled in items.

Last years winner Gino took in salt and a few other things to spice up food.

None of the IAC staff wanted to handle the beef curtains they found in her pants. Even Bob the Medic drew the line at that.
