I am genuinely curious? Are the mods on here Mario fans or something? I notice the thread I started yesterday about Mario attacking Ben fans on Twitter was closed. Why was this?

I don't care about any BB hms after it ends, the reason why we close threads is because you lot can't play nicely.

You can say pretty much what you like about any of the housemates...just when it descends into personal insults and that then its a problem. And nearly every ben/mario thread is ending up in arguing or insults and reporting each other recently...thats the problem, not what you all say about the housemates :)

I think the trouble is that the Benniettes have moved the arguments between here and DS and back again.

For the record, I was so pleased that the effete Queen Ben and his consort Prince Charmless got the drop-kick first on Celeb Bus Tour. That does not make me a Mario fan.

Sorry, but you clearly have no idea what your talking about. Malza started all of this. She came into our thread and attacked us on DS for making comments about Mario in the Ben Appreciation thread. Never mind that she was doing the same about Ben on Mario's. She started a thread personally making fun of me on DS (She received a much deserved ban for that). She also made a comment on DS about wanting to have me murdered. Now tell me who is being personally nasty about anyone? I don't think we've ever done or said anything like that about her. Believe me she gave us plenty of ammunition.

I'd really appreciate it if you got your facts straight on this subject in future. It's obvious you don't read DS and know the full extent of what's gone on.

I've been mostly lurking here for a while. While certainly not a Mario fan, I don't categorise myself as a Ben fan either - but he was definitely my favourite of the BB11 housemates. I thought the thread that was closed yesterday was very interesting and, on a BB forum, and given that Mario had TWITted specifically about TIBB posters, completely appropriate and relevant. It only descended into personal insults when - once again - mods came in and wondered why fms had the temerity to be discussing BB hms, on a BB forum. :conf: I really have no idea what's going on here, but I can see completely where the OP is coming from.
With regard to what was being discussed yesterday, Mario sitting on the bed beside Ben and just glaringly malignantly at him was one of only two lightbulb moments for me during BB11. The other was Josie the witch's slow clap as Caoimhe left. Text book mask slipping revelations. Ben was friendly and touchy feely with everyone to begin with. Mario got obsessive and needy and took sexual rejection like a 5 year old being forced to surrender the pacifier before he starts big school. Pathetic. And he really, really, needs to LET IT GO.

The problem there is VD...that we cant do anything about what happens on another site. Its not our place to punish people for making posts on another forum, only what happens here. And all we see it the majority of ben/mario threads ending in insults and reports coming from each one. Usually by the time it is brought to our attention the thread has gone miles off topic anyway, hence the closure :/

I know you can't do anything about what's been said on DS Vicky. I was just a little annoyed that someone accused of us being personally nasty to Malza when she's far from an angel herself, in fact she's been quite spiteful to me personally.

I agree completely. Mario abusing TIBBs posters for voicing their opinions or defending themselves against abuse should never, ever be tolerated.

I read the BB11 here even very little as it seems to be manics who have migrated from DS to support their Queen.

BB11 finished and as with BBs 1-10 I couldn't care a toss what happened next to the contestants, far less Queen Ben who was drop-kicked by the public early doors

I actually posted a few times the other week after not doing so for 4 years after reading so many negative posts about Mario, so forum members are allowed to say bad things about Mario and far too many people do when he is not a nasty person at all.

"Queen Ben"? What do you mean by that? I'm not sure I like the tone of that comment really, it borders on the offensive.

You shouldn't make judgments about people and accuse them of doing things without knowing the full facts. I could also ask why you decided to join in July 2009? What does it matter when someone joined? It doesn't make their opinion any less valid.

And yes, I agree, there is far too much negativity over housemates now,certain ones in particular. The programme ended, most of us got on with our lives. Yes the occasional banter about the past and h/mates, but not this constant slating.

Well, as a 'neutral' it seems to me that the few queen Ben fanatics who have deliberately opened TIBB accounts post-BB are the raving loonies.

No offence, but get over Ben and Mario. What they do or don't do to each other is their own business and worry, not ours....

Putting up opinons on housemates can hardly be called abuse. Most certainly when much of what is posted is actually factual, true and comes from Mario himself (ie: twitter comments, uploading vids of him butt naked).

Doing such things doesn't mean he is immune to being critisised or commented on unfavourably. It's Mario's choice to say and do these things, therefore it's quite acceptable for people to comment, after all, that's the precise reason he does post on twitter, uploads vids - to get attention. he can't have it all his own way.

I'd love for you to find one post indicating that I'm a 'queen Ben fanatic'. I find that term quite offensive, to be honest. Neither am I bringing any fight from another website over here.
There seem to be posters on TIBBs who are very suspicious and resentful of new additions to their ranks. It's all good, surely? The more the merrier and all that? The most offensive thread I've seen in some time was opened here last week by a Mario fan; it was base, childish and the most blatant bait I've seen in some time. Yet, for some reason, the very eloquent and entertaining Ben fans who have joined get all the vitriol. I am perplexed.
