I'm addicted to American Football so every avatar I use is about american football. Current is santa catching a pass - thought I better use a festive avatar as everyone else was.

Amazon are usually excellent and generally match anything Play does on pricing. My guilty story from Amazon last year is that I ordered an iPod along with 3 DVDs and 2CDs.......the iPod and CDs arrived but the DVDs didn't - When I complained, they sent whe whole lot again and emailed me to ask if they had arrived and if I was satisfied.

Yes was the answer then waited for them to ask for the original iPod and CDs back...........after 6 months they never, so the 2nd iPod is now mine and I sold the CDs on eBay!!!!!

Claymores 02-12-2010 10:35 AM

I like your efforts and maybe I'm getting a bit lazy with mainstream sites but........

It was a nephew's of mine's birthday yesterday and after asking for suggestions, he told me to get him a new release XBox game (start on November) and said "don't take the 1st price for it Ian, keep looking all the sites for offer"

Me meant Amazon, Game, Play, Zavvi. After bookmarking them for about 2 weeks I discovered whatever one compeditor did, Amazon just matched.

I like the instant bargain type-things - Ho-Ho-Ho DVD I found for £2.49 one time along with the complete works of Monty Python for a tenner. That only lasted 1 day.
