In the lead(from DS)
 

I just got this of a friend who has been accurate each week about the bottom 2/3. Last night he said that When the lines closed Cher was bottom by a mile, Rebecca was 3rd, One Direction 2nd and Matt 1st. Only was 3% between Rebecca and One Direction. Matt was 6% ahead.

As it stands from 10.30 today:-

1st - One Direction
2nd - Matt
3rd - Rebecca

One Direction are just 5% ahead of Matt but the gap is growing. Rebecca is apparently a goner. She is over 16% behind Matt.

** Just a quick update for you, Matt is now 8% behind One Direction. Rebecca has closed the gap with Matt to 13% but still pretty much out of the voting. This was accurate as of 12.30. If I get any more updates I will let you all know

I reckon it's very possible, it's Rhydian all over again. Early favourites never win and Matt's been the constant favourite since the live shows began. People become too complacent and that's Matt's downfall.

Apologies for the cliché, but they are all winners, they're all going to get record deals off the back of the X Factor, what more can they ask for as finalists? Obviously the winner benefits the most initially, but they've all got a great chance to launch a successful career now. I don't believe voting leaks, especially not when it comes to the final, it just seems too unbelievable that somebody is regularly leaking the results and they haven't been found out. If a genuine vote leak happened then they would surely tighten security about who has access to the information, and I would have thought there'd be grounds for legal action against whoever was leaking it? I don't know on what basis, but I'd imagine there'd be some kind of legal battle?

It will be a Shame if they win.

They are now saying Aiden and Cher fans are getting behind Matt,so anything can happen

Think Rebecca is out of the running but i think Matt is ahead of one direction

In terms of the show, I think the best outcome is that One Direction win as much as I hate them. Matt & Rebecca are never going to have success on the same scale as Leona, Alex & JLS. They'll be more of an album seller, we won't see much of them in the singles chart and as a result will be branded as a flop by the masses.

The top 5 have all been signed anyway so tonight is irrelevent really, its just deciding who Surfin Bird is going up against
