THaving watched Big brother final last night,
It has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth,
Johnny and Kate, runner-up and winner, it is almost laughable, if it wasn’t so prophetically tragic, here we have two professional actors, winning a game show meant for the general public, both have been acting for years, and in my eyes what they did, was win the longest audition, ever!

How much true entertainment did we get from Kate, in her early weeks she teamed up with the other fake personae, the holiday rep Alison, another professional doing her job, when she got evicted she changed her then allegiance to Spencer, then used him has a human prop, till he eventually was evicted too, and most entertaining moments always centred around being totally paralytic drunk, we could go to any town centre on a Friday night, and watched that
Sort of shameful behaviour, to tell the truth she was bland boring and uninteresting, not even real eye candy, unlike Sophie who was a natural beauty, and the consistent shouting of Yes, was pure moronic behaviour.

What they have done is just added another ladette, limbo to our already crowded dumb down TV viewing, her and Johnny they were not
At the Oscars, but they might well have been, because the biggest joke is on us, both have Treated us gullible public like Mugs, and most of YOU swallowed it.

Hey, I have an idea - why don't you audition for BB4, I'm sure that as you are so geniune yourself you'll sail through and then we can all watch you next year and you can show us how BB contestants should behave in future. If you are right you will never be nominated let alone evicted and you will win BB4

There was talk elsewhere that Jonny and Alison were professional actors planted in the BB house. I never heard the one about Kate being an actor. Where was that reported. What is the evidence

I'd agree with Sticks - I could just about agree that Jonny could have been an actor. But Kate was so boring, I couldn't believe that she was put in as a plant.

Kate was brilliant and so was Jonny - they are just normal people and that was what was so good about her winning BB!! :dance: :colour: :dance: :colour: :dance: :colour:

Go on then, I can't resist, what exactly is it that was 'brilliant' about Kate and Jonny. I hope that it's more than the fact that they got drunk on a daily basis.

I think I've been watching a different programme to Breeze for the last 9 weeks!

Kate and Jonny were probably the only housemates who were themselves for the duration of the show!

Kate was naturally funny, friendly, outgoing, sincere, thoughtful, kind and sweet.

And I'm so glad she won!

If you have ever been on a training course with a job where you have to interview members of the public, you may get someone coming in as a role-player. This is completely different to an actor, as you have to step into a role, you have no script, and you have to take on the traits of someone else and improvise. I don't think anyone could do that for nine weeks unless they were trained for undercover surveillance! So the fact that any of the housemates may have had some small parts in TV programs is neither here nor there.

To me, Kate, Jonny and Alison were the most warm people in there. Sure they played up to the cameras just as extroverted people play up to the crowds in a night club. That is how some people are. But they entertained me. And that is why I liked them!

I am with the Majority on this one, and to be honest find it offensive that we have been called mugs. We watched a reality tv show the same as you did Breeze, but the difference is we were able to see the warm funny sides of the housemates. I can say one thing Yes Jonny is an entertainer but he is also a fully serving fireman in my home town, so I find it amusing that you say he is a professional actor, he is a genuine guy who likes the liemlight what is wrong with that?. Imagine the BB house with no Jonny and Kate, we may have ended up with Sandy for 64 days can you imagine how painful that would have been :conf:
