i'm nearly sure "phil" is THE "Philip Edgar-Jones", one of the head honcho's of BB has a kinda scottish accent!!

ring channel4 tell them u need to talk to philip edgar jones or even a producer of the show. tell them its important and ur not getting off the phone until u have some reasonable conact information!!!
