Big Brother boss confirms plans for second Celebrity version

There will be a second series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Peter Bazalgette, the head of the company which makes Big Brother, has confirmed they are looking at another series, which will probably be shown in November.

Like the first series, the show will raise money for charity.

"We are open to suggestions as to which celebrities should go in the house," Bazalgette told The Sunday Times.

The first Celebrity Big Brother was held in March 2001 and was won by Jack Dee.

I suppose the sky's the limit now that they've got the new house. They'll want their money's worth out of the house and it's an all year round house as well, so they could say be in it in the winter. Splashing around in the hot tub in the snow. :dance: :dance:

Which charity is it for ?

If it is Comic relief I will be forced to boycott it as I did the last Celebrity BB on the grounds that Comic relief gives money to organisations that carry out abortions.

Appentrely they want 12 ex housemates from BB1 BB2 and BB3 for a charity 1.

They want Nick, Bubble, Stuart, Adele, Helen, Paul, Tim, Jade, Anna, Craig and Paul

I think so too. I wouldn't want to repeat an experience like that, even if it would only be for one week as reported.

Mind you, it would be a good opportunity for some of them to raise their media profiles again. :colour: :colour:

Have they been reading The Interactive Story? I think they would have to have some real assurances before going in again,after seeing what happened this year. However can you imagine Jade and Helen in the same house - the mind boggles.

In Australia they have recently finished BB2 and a couple of weeks after they have started their first Celebrity BB. One of the housemates is the girl who came third in BB1 so they might want to go back if they feel it was a good experience. :spin:
