Eddie windass will you marry the Joe ?

gone are the days of the battersby clan,
theres now a new launch of my idle man.
he's funny and got charm and so lazy,
what dose Joe see in him, am i crazy.
cheeky and dirty with no self pride,
i just don't think i am in for a rough ride.
dose Anna deserve so much more,
such a lovely lady and so lucky to get the short straw.
what is the attraction, is love blind,
i think Anna is drawn to humour, theres only one kind.
a compulsive liar smoker and drinker,
still it dose not touch eddies whit, he's a stinker.
so the Joe gets down on one knee,
moves Anna aside and says forget the family tree.
not as good as a national TV award,
but Eddie windass the Joe has to applaud.
funny and great to watch, even if i have to cringe,
if you eddie was to ever leave the street, the Joe would whinge.


(i guess who you think the joe will be voteing for lol just woundered dose eddie make anyone else laugh as he dose me ? or have i got a strange sence of humour?)

I agree, and his time with the character Karen was really great to watch, she was one of the very best all time characters ever and a really attractive actress too.They were a fantastic pairing.

I'm only a casual viewer, but I always enjoy Steve on screen and thought the thing where he found out that yer man off Red Dwarf was doing the horizontal tango with Steve's mother was very, very funny tv. Don't think Steve and the gobby one make a good double act at all. It got very old, very fast; nowhere near as entertaining as him and Karen.
