Soapstars who are VERY different in Real Life
 

Obviously people are different from their characters but some are so VERY different. Pam St.Clement (Pat Evans EE) being one. Today though I saw "Eddie Windass" on our local news and was gobsmacked. He's articulate and well spoken and has blondish but greying hair. Oh and he can sit up straight and doesn't gurn :joker:

Stacey Slater [Lacey Turner]

She seems sort of really quiet and shy in real life, obvz way different to her character

Yeah:), I bet she's relieved that the papers left her alone after she got caught getting frisky in a hotel corridor with some guy not long after she joined the show but she was only young then:blush:.

Alison King (Carla in Corrie) seems lovely in real life in interviews i've seen, she puts on a convincing Manchester accent for Carla but Alison is in fact from the East Midlands, Leicester to be precise;).

Lol I remember that story and there were a few pics surfaced on the internet

em John Savident who played Fred Elliot in Corrie is completely different, I saw an interview with him a few years ago and was shocked at who posh he was

Indeed and I had no idea he was gay:shocked:.

Claire Cooper (Jacqui McQueen) in Hollyoaks talks different in real life:).

Samantha Womick(sp) Ronnie from eastenders, she actually smiles and laughs alot!

Paula Lane (Corrie's Kylie Turner) came across very well and nothing like her character she plays in the Street.

Barbara Knox also is very different from Rita.

Whereas Antony Cotton/Sean Tully is the same whichever way you watch him.

Katherine Kelly is so NOT like trashy Becky:D, she seems lovely:).

I've heard that Helen Flanagan is meant to be really nice in RL too;).

I think Claire Cooper just sounds like a northerner doing a telephone voice. lol.

I expected her to be hugely different to Rosie in real life but that awful, screechy, whiny voice is her natural one from what I've seen of her. Very offputting.

That voice is so put on for Rosie, as Helen she sounds different in the interviews i've seen:blush:.
