Irritating adverts, plus adverts that have you smile
 

A few of my pet hate adverts are:

Confused.com where the woman with about six hairs on her head is singing, Mr & Mrs Kipling, any Halifax ones, the blasted Sainsburys ones with that woman with the fixed, idiotic smile and annoying family, and the Vicks Sinex one with the man holding that baby.

I used to love that Oreo one where the cute littleun pours milk on his Oreo and goes haha to his brother :D

I hate that confused.com advert, I dont know what annoys me more the little cartoon woman singing or her stupid hair :laugh:

There is another one that I really hate, it has lots of little characters with long noses, I can't remember what the ads are for now though.

Go fucking Compare :bored:

I really hate these little characters I would love to hit them in the face with a shovel and sort out they noses :mad:

Those Lloyds adverts are really depressing :(

It's funny how most of the bank ones are amongst some of the most irritating. I bank with the Halifax, and got so annoyed with them once about the way they go about their charges, I told them maybe they should spend less money on the Gawd awful adverts :nono: :mad:

The Go compare ad drives me mad, but I absolutely love Harvey the Dog:lovedup:

Hate Go Compare. Also the Foxy (well any) bingo ads. That stupid "I've won" bint Grrrrrrrr

Loathe the Go Compare ones too. if ever an advert would make me avoid a product, it's theirs.

On a side note: the Aviva ads are normally quite funny with the same main male actor playing different roles, and usually humourous ones - but when I saw the most recent one the other night, I'd the petted lip on when I realised that he was 'dead' and was watching his family get ready to leave the house on holiday (suggesting that he'd gone but left enough financial cover that they wouldn't suffer) - took the fun out of the usual daft ads.

Just seen Kerry's reply. Yep foxy bingo as well as whatever Bingo Barbara Windsor advertises for....that stupid grating laugh would rip yer knitting.

I love the delusional nature of 'Posh Bingo'...

The Halifax ads!!!!!!! HATE!!!!!! (The new ones, not the old ones) The silly DJ/radio studio ones!

I hate them all. I can't express in words how much I hate adverts. I hate them more than local radio stations, caravans and maritime museums. Especially adverts for banks, building societies and insurance companies. They are the most fatuous, insincere thing ever created by man.

I mean FFS look at this. It's got such a hard-on for its own imagined importance.

What's worse still is when they try DESPERATELY to be funny and fail.

Yep, the Citroen Transformers one was very clever - one of my favourites too.

The Evian Babies as well.

Snap Crackle Pop - the one I hate is the one with the blonde haired little girl with mum and the table - the greyish dress she's got on looks so washed out and faded - it almost looks manky - and makes the wee girl look as though she needs a good scrub. :sad:

As for most HATED...........in addition to those already mentioned, I'd add the WeBuyAnyCar.com ones where they'd break into stupid dance routines to the infuriating tune. Here is a small reminder, just when you thought you'd managed to get it out of your head

Hate the go compare and most bank ones, except barclays they got the water slide one quite well, their new ones with the shoe making isnt so good, voice over trying to be funny isnt.

I hate the Bank of Scotland/Halifax adverts with "Howard" and her that would give Shergar a run for his money so much, that I actually tried to close my bank account!
