I'm more of a crime fiction fan

Yes, love it. Moreso on TV these days but I love reading books about it. Been years though

Yeah, but I love picturing it in books. You only get bits and bats in docs. What have you read?

Oh just those cheapo books you can pick up. As I say, years ago. But you've made me think now actually as I need some new stuff to read

All very good reads

I recently read The Diary of Jack the Ripper, about James Maybrick and the conjecture that he may have been Jack the Ripper. Apparently a diary was found some time ago that was written by Maybrick, where he describes the killings. I have to say that the "evidence" really had me thinking. At first it was called a hoax, but they tested the ink and the paper and concluded it was written at about the right time for Maybrick to have written it. I think he may well have been Jack the Ripper, but I suppose we will never know. Interesting read though.
