I think Gary Barlow should sit in Simon's place as head judge. Dannii next to Gary. Then Lily and Boy George would be the 2 "quirky" ones at the end.

Or......

Gary Barlow - Charlotte Chuch - Lily Allen - Boy George.

And sack Dannii off altogether for a brand new panel!! Don't want Louis to come back....
