Lemon & sugar are the best pancakes btw :love:

I make them with caramelised strawberries & bananas...it's kind of a tradition I learned when I was like 12.

You can't beat lemon and sugar.

Do you fry them in butter? I used to use oil but the other day used butter

No never tried that, might give it a go during the week....

Could add the sugar as it's cooking too. Do one side, flip and pop the sugar ontop so it melts as the bottoms cooking :D

Love pancakes but only with sugar

I tried frying the american breakfast style pancakes in butter, but the butter kept burning because the heat was high to cook them through :bored:. I ended up using oil instead.
