According to the source, Lloyd is "dangerously thin".

They added: "Cher's naturally petite and she's young so she loses weight easily. But she's getting dangerously thin and needs to start taking better care of herself.

"She eats when she's hungry but that's not often enough given all the energy she's burning on tour."

Lloyd is also working on her debut album.

It is ok she still looks great

She was tiny on X Factor. Her life - Just hope she's healthy. Even though I don't like her I wouldn't wish ill of her
