Easter Eggs

Do you get an egg at easter?

Kerry 25-03-2011 02:12 AM

No, but buy a few

Shaun 25-03-2011 02:13 AM

we're on fire tonight

yes. My mum buys loads waaay in advance :conf2: I usually get 3 or 4.

OMG this reminds me - I was talking to lily. the other day about Kinder Eggs, and I remembered they used to do these giant versions for Easter. They were quite expensive, about £6/7, but the only place I ever saw them was Woolworths and we know what happened there :(

:amazed:

I remember them! I loved them. You can still get them I'm sure!

Kerry 25-03-2011 02:14 AM

I never liked Kinder Eggs apart from those Mini Eggs they did. Again - Woolworths though :bawling:

Shaun 25-03-2011 02:15 AM

Kinder = the best chocolate <3 the maxi bars

Josy 25-03-2011 02:16 AM

I love the kinder egg chocolate

I prefer cadburys mini eggs so my sister usually buys me a box of them at easter and they last ages.

Kerry 25-03-2011 02:35 AM

Mini Eggs are sooooooo nice. Although Galaxy Truffle Eggs (which have vanished) :bawling: are the best!

Certainly not - Chocolate Easter Eggs are marketing devices to make money for the industrialist lackeys of capitalist bankers .....

Jessica. 25-03-2011 04:00 AM

Yeah, of course I get Easter eggs, I've already been given two this year. :laugh2:

Angus 25-03-2011 06:22 AM

Lol! My kids are grown up but I still buy them Easter Eggs - I'd never hear the end of it otherwise:laugh:

Vicky. 25-03-2011 09:30 AM

Spiffing.

Niamh. 25-03-2011 10:01 AM

No, but the kids get loads so I have a taste here and there, not really a big chocolate fan though

Princess 25-03-2011 10:35 AM

No,not in ages. My parents usually get me a CD or something, which is nice cos I'm old enough that I don't need to be getting anything at Easter.

Enid 25-03-2011 11:03 AM

Rofl, no. What's the point of a hollow chocolate egg with nothing inside? It boggles my mind.

Lee. 25-03-2011 11:18 AM

My kids do and I'll probably nick some of theirs but I'm not that keen on chocolate.

I have however always dreamed of them making a giant creme egg one.. not with a few cream eggs inside though, but just a huge egg with that fondanty stuff inside. :)

Beastie 25-03-2011 11:19 AM

I don't really get any anymore. I might treat myself to one while in the supermarket.

Or a giant egg-shaped Malteser.

Wouldn't it be worse if it was solid chocolate? it would take days to eat

I like cream eggs but all that amount of creamy stuff would be sickening:yuk:

Locke. 25-03-2011 01:25 PM

I have been saying this for years but they've never made one... they need to make a creme egg easter egg but the big egg is full of the creme, instead of just giving a regular creme egg and a big empty egg.
