Are there going to be Spinoffs For CBB8 and BB12?

I just wondered if anyone knew, is there going to be spinoffs for the upocomin series this year?

Yes, if they're paying 200 mill, C5 will want them back and on 5*, BBLB is already suggested to be returning by the Express, channel 5's owners' broadsheet.
