Heheh, seriously though, I wonder if they'll still be able to get a reasonable enough brand on board as C4 managed even towards the end (just). My money's on Dreams picking it up (they've sponsored CBB twice before and sponsor pretty everything else too).

I'd be very surprised if Tesco werent involved in some form

This must be costing them for that to be the first of their priorities, c4 usually just advertised for a sponsor about a month ahead of the series on the C4 Sales site (which famously in fandom led them one series struggling to find a deal in time).

C5/BB could make a hell of a lot of money with Product Placement. Companies pay an arm and a leg for it. Didn't ITV get paid 500k for a designer blender on This Morning?

Twas 100k and for 3 months, though it was in the background and barely noticable.

CharlieO 07-04-2011 01:00 PM

it will probably make it more possible for them to give 500k away than just 100.
not that it wouldn't be

Was allover the news channels and papers though which is probably why it was so high. Very clever move from Nescafe

All banned from taking part in product placement (alcohol and tabaco; fatty, sugary or salty foods and drinks are all banned from taking advantage of these new product placement opportunities).

Those ads were excruciatingly bad.
