PM Cameron says no more Illegals and all must speak english

Well done to our PM David Cameron,
he has made ,what New Labour failed on,
and set out Fair Plans if you want to stay in the UK.

This is Common Sense.

Vince Cable has made comments before it was even on the TV news
and it makes no change as LibDems agreed with Conservatives to sort out
the 13 years wasted by Corrupt New Labour.

Our PM David Cameron
will end these Corrupt International Colleges.
That is agreed by LibDems.

Trust the wimpy, wishy washy lib dem Cable to be running scared of some straight talking which has been a long time coming. Let's hope Cameron puts his money where his mouth is.

Why on earth would anyone have a problem with preventing ILLEGAL immigrants entering the UK? And what is so wrong with making it a minimum requirement that those genuine immigrants who choose to settle in an English speaking nation have the courtesy and desire to learn our language thereby promoting better integration and communication ?

Yes but Cable later changed his statement.

Just shown on Ch4 News
Cable said 'we are united on this policy'
And Ch4 News, sadly,
trying to make this bigger than it is.

On London ITV1 Local News
a Chef in a busy store
was not able to speak much English
so that Cocky Owner , who thinks it is not needed.
can now Fund his English Speaking Education from his own pockets.

Nothing will change. Cameron is pandering to the half wits that cannot recognise he is making an electioneering pitch for the local elections. A speech carfully timed to fool the foolish

Scratching around for votes from the likes of BNP supporters as well as those genuinly concerened..

Cameron will sink as low as he has to to gain votes....

BB_Eye 15-04-2011 01:36 PM

Pathetic rabble-rousing at a time when he is deeply unpopular (and deservedly so).

joeysteele 15-04-2011 01:55 PM

Odd speech just before the local elections, perhaps another policy he will re-think later obviously after the elections.

I do consider it a good thing that all must have some knowledge of the English language, mind you I find it hard to understand English people when they talk sometimes.

However while there are good bits and bad bits of this policy, if that's what it is, as the independent statistics body disagrees with Cameron's assessment of immigration figures anyway. I believe that no one party has all the right answers to dealing with this issue,it is an issue that should be above party politics, not be messed around with as a policy football, there should be agreement from cross party consensus that's made the standard on immigration matters.

It's way too divisive an issue to make such comments on as Cameron did yesterday, sensitivity, justice and right should be what dictates this issue. Both the Conservatives and Labour have had over 30 years between them since 1979 to sort this out and both have failed.

Time to set up and have a cross party select committee research it fully, get the whole facts and then suggest a policy all govts no matter what party or parties they are have to follow.

I hope this policy is taken into action. Yeah if you go on holiday somewhere and don't know the language then that's allright. The least you can do is be respectful for that countrys culture and at least learn a bit of the language before you go! But if you want to be a permanent resident in a country you should be able to speak their language! If I wanted to immigrate to France, Spain or where ever then I would try my hardest to learn their language.

However.. if I happen to immigrate I would immigrate to an English speaking country. Like Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the USA.

So... the shameless electioneering by other parties - Labour, LibDems, even UKIP - is justified, and not "timed to fool the foolish" then? Or maybe because you don't support Cameron yourself you imagine everyone else is a "half-wit". Interesting, although not totally unique, point of view.

As soon as someone mentions immigration, someone starts hand-wringing about the BNP. Shame.

joeysteele 19-04-2011 01:56 PM

I don't think half the politicians speak English, as least not so we can fully understand it,they seem to have their own language and also the words they say have different meanings to the dictionary definition.

Such as I promise you I will never support that.
Then they do support it,maybe they should get their own house in order first.

Why?

Tom4784 19-04-2011 03:10 PM

Translates roughly to 'For the love of god vote for us in the next election! We've got no hope so we'll say anything!'

arista 19-04-2011 04:03 PM

It Had to be Spoken.

Far better than Pathetic New Labours Un Elected Brown

It has nothing to do with which party is supported. I don't support any of them on this issue as they are all electioneering liars and hypocrites.

Camerons timing is typical of corrupt poltitical actions aimed purely at mind boggling half wits that believe promises of what the electioneering silly sod is saying.....
