How to be succesful in big brother audition

I really really wanna be on big brother I always imagine what it would be like and people knowing who i am, are there any tips for being successful in an audition? I am an identical twin, 19yo and a male, should I audition as twins or on my own

Be yourself and relax. I auditioned once for BB6 and made the last 100. Most that made it through were characters (remembers arguing with Science in an earlier round during auditions).

They generally can see through fake people (although in later years they seemed to pick just them).

Remember if you act up in auditions and get on the show, you'll have to keep that act up all through BB or the public and h/mates will generally turn against you.

Science for example was exactly like he was in the house during auditions, which made me like him as a housemate.

dont try and be successful. thats whats wrong with bb sometimes people pretend to be someone they are not in auditions. be yourself or go home. simple as that. you will be voted out early if you dont live up to the standards you set so there is no point.

I wish that was the case, but unfortunatly it's not. Take Rachel (BB9) for example, in her audition she looked like a really good housemate (hents why she was the only female housemate that didn't get one single 'boo' on Launch Night) but as we found out, she was everything but that. She was boring, dull, fake, and just cringy.

It's a shame the majority of the public are so stupid.

It was certainly an experience. Trouble is I lived in Brighton at the time, so each round of auditions cost me money to get there (that was the down side).

Looking back, I was glad I didn't get on it that year as it was a nasty BB (still a good series). I'd rather be on a fun BB, one in which I can play pranks.

If she was boring, dull fake and cringy then surely the public done the right thing by voting her out?

They didn't. She won it.

This is the honest truth - I auditioned for BB8 and and was selected with a group of lads and 1 girl who all knew each other / none of them bothered with me and just laughed amongst thereselves which made me kind of uncomfortable - the girl said some ridiculous thing like she had had tea with the Royal family last week .... To which everyone else shouted LIAR , she says I know I had nothing else to say - and the producer put her through / so I would say lie that seems to do the trick !!

Rachel won.

I guess the reason she won though was due to the fact Rex kept picking on her and was the best of a bad bunch. I still reckon that if Sara and Lisa hadn't been up against each other in the last eviction that Lisa would have been in the final and won.

^^ I thought he meant Rachael White

Who is that? From BB11? I didn't watch most of that as it was by far the worst season of BB, even worse than BB8 and BB4.

They all laughed at you? Aww. I was fine at the audtions but I only got to round 2. If I got further on I probably would have met more people who were "up their own arses". I liked everyone in the queue though for auditioning. Apart from one OTT gay guy with spiky hair and hardly wearing anything that seemed bitchy and snipy and up his own arse. Lol. He probably would have been good to go on BB. The twonk!

Beastie 24-04-2011 11:30 PM

Mmm lieing yourself through the auditions? You have to be confident in yourself. And if they ask a question.. answer straight away! Ahh I don't know. But the male twin.. I think he should audition on his own.

No offence but Sam and Amanda were bloody boring!! lol. If twins did go in. I rather they were voted for and against individually. But no.. it should be like 14 strangers in a house. No one knowing each other.

Kate Lawler.. the winner of bb3 has a twin sister.. did ya know ;)
