Ryanair Bikini Ad banned
http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/...y-the--008.jpg
"The advertising watchdog has banned a campaign by Ryanair featuring a bikini-clad model and the promise of spring sun after most of the destinations on offer had maximum temperatures under a nippy 10C." "Ryanair protested that despite the image used on the ad it meant destinations that had significant amounts of daytime sunshine during those months." http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2011...kini-ad-banned Needs more Color to it anyway. |
that's so stupid
*Doesn't care because is isn't a hot man*
Well you're pretty stupid to look at that picture and suddenly think that Glasgow must be hot in February
I thought holiday things always use that type of advertising, strange it was banned.
It's to do with the fact it's false advertising. They're advertising a beach with the caption "Book to the sun now" when in reality it's a holiday to a cold place.
Well its false advertising so fair enough.
