you're supposed to make a fist, and put it in the centre of the img and it makes the dots move faster but i cant even tell the difference http://i.imgur.com/Iu8a5l.jpg

The center ones are going slower creating the illusion that they're all moving at the same speed, cover up the center and your eyes realise the outer dots are moving faster

You've got to put your fist right in the middle.. it won't work if your nearer the bottom.

Even if I JUST look at the dots towards the edge, and then put my fist in front it goes EVEN faster.

The dots nearer the centre are still in your field of vision though, even if you're not directly looking at them. Either that or it's just subconcious
