Now that Tim Osman is dead does this mean the US & UK will withdraw from Afghanistan?

Call me a little cynical but I highly doubt it.

I doubt it too, I sense this will trigger even more trouble now.

joeysteele 04-05-2011 11:37 PM

I doubt it.

Because Tim Osman was his CIA name. And since former FBI translator/whistle blower Sibel Edmunds has stated that Osama worked for the US up until the day of 9/11, I felt it would be a nice touch to call him by this name.

A part of me hopes those who don't know do a quick internet search. It would take a few seconds to find out.

Back to the original topic, I think US troops will be in Afghanistan for the time being. After all, who else is going to help those poor Afghan farmers grow and protect their opium plants? I posted the following video so we can all observe their altruistic deeds and be inspired by such a noble cause... helping the people who make illegal drugs (and later arresting those people who traffic these drugs, that they are protecting).

Talk about an Alice in Wonderland world we now live in.

Well ummm...as far as I'm aware, it isn't illegal to grow it there, no matter where it ends up

It's not illegal but that doesn't mean we need to PROTECT and HELP GROW the damn plant.

Why? They're farmers, they need money to feed their families
