Just in the UK?

Shaun 04-05-2011 12:14 PM

YAY for all the Take That, boo to all the Robbie.

BB_Eye 04-05-2011 04:53 PM

I giggled at number one. At the time, a lot of people actually thought it was going to change the face of rock music forever; the Gallaghers' Sgt. Pepper, lol.

Particularly blown away by how appalling everything from the 2000's is.

Lee. 04-05-2011 05:01 PM

Hahaha @ Robson and Jerome's album being there!!

Patrick 04-05-2011 05:03 PM

Woah, Westlife are more successful than I thought LOL.

GiRTh 04-05-2011 05:15 PM

Myleene Klass? Yes. They came from the first Popstars.

Ah.. yes I think I remember them.. Bloody awful if I recall correctly?

GiRTh 04-05-2011 05:22 PM

Was ther another crappy manufactured girl/boy band around the same time? I'm seeing a group dressed in tight PVC and a girl with a very punchable face singing?!

Shaun 04-05-2011 05:32 PM

tight PVC = Liberty X's "Just A Little Bit" video :p but punchable faces all the same (you're probably thinking of Michelle Heaton)

Lee. 04-05-2011 05:34 PM

Aha! That's the one... Were they winners of some talent cometition too?

Princess 04-05-2011 06:15 PM

I used to be obsessed with Hear'Say, I still listen to that album now *shame* Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw and Myleene Klass were all on it. No-one remembers the guys, Noel was in Gavin and Stacey once or twice(as Noel from Hear'Say) and Danny disappeared off the face of the earth.

Shaun 04-05-2011 06:18 PM

they were all finalists for Popstars (the same contest that Hear'Say won) and decided to make a band out of the rejects...ironically they were more successful and lasted longer :p

I thought Take That's new album was the fastest selling in like a century or whatever? :conf2:
