Bands that never got ****
U2 - People seem to love or hate them but in my eyes always been good
RHCP - ALways stayed epic Beyonce - Including Destinys Child she has been banging out tunes for over 10 years Rihanna - Been around a good 6 or 7 years now and still good Will think of more soon. Artists included obv |
Aerosmith
|
The Prodigy have always been consistent. Always Outnumbered was a bit of a blemish but who bought that anyway.
Girls Aloud. They kept getting better. The Beatles, obviously. Nine Inch Nails have yet to compromise. |
U2 had a pretty bad era in the late 90s/early 00s (the Atomic Bomb album in particular) but have since recovered.
Rihanna was awful until Rated R. [/pissing on the parade] erm, for me Blur never got bad. Then there's the one/two-album wonders that never had a chance to get bad (Sex Pistols, Nirvana)... I've always seen Coldplay as consistently great but apparently liking them is like liking child porn  |
It's a lot worse than liking child porn.

The gentlemen over at the Musical Sciences Institute have put meticulous effort into a graph which I feel adequately depicts the Black Eyed Peas creative trajectory.
