Eggy Bread, poached Eggs are yum but but the best is Scrambled Egg on Rye Toast with Avocado. :love:

I had a huge obsession with edgy bread, I don't have it very often now though. trying to lose weight, it's hardly helpful haha

I hate eggs, I can occasionally bare eggy bread/french toast as long as its not too eggy.

I personally find them horrendous but I would love to like them and I think the smell of an omelette is amazing and its an easy meal if you like eggs. But the thing is, I just don't.

eggs done in a poacher are rubbish.

Poached is my least favourite way to have an egg [not including raw]

I have never managed to successfully make an omelette, it's one kitchen skill that eludes me. I love eggs but recently just cannot bear the thought of scrambled eggs, they make me feel sick, even though I used to love them and I didn't have any reason to suddenly dislike them :|. I love boiled eggs, so good!

but why?!

with omelettes you just fold the edges into the pan and swill all the uncoiled egg about on a low heat until it's cooked through. I can't fold them though, they generally end up in a heap on the plate haha

What's the clingfilm technique??

I always struggle with poached eggs.. I make the water go round in circles then break the eggs into it. Please tell me the clingfilm way is easy??
