Last minute Survival Sunday predictions?

Who is going down?

I predict Blackpool and Wigan;).

Locke. 22-05-2011 02:04 PM

Wigan are more than capable of getting points from Stoke.
Blackpool have the toughest game from a lot but they always put in a performance against the big teams. I think they'll get a point.
Tottenham will beat Birmingham.
Wolves and Blackburn will be a draw.

Which leaves it at

15. Wigan - 42
16. Blackburn - 41
17. Wolves - 41
------------------
18. Blackpool - 40
19. Birmingham - 39
20. West Ham 36 (they will destroy Sunderland)

Will be sly if Blackpool get something from Utd and still go down

I agree about Wigan because they're playing well at the moment and have the confidence but Stoke are tough to breakdown, especially at home.

I also think Birmingham are capable of getting something from Spurs, however they're not in form and have lost confidence recently so they have to just go all for it.

Stoke's morale will be low after losing the cup final then getting destoryed again by City, an they've got nothing to play for. N'Zogbia will take them apart.

I hope you are right, bbfan1991, I am sure the best team in the Premier league Man Utd will want to really impress in front of their home fans in this last game.
I also am sure Stoke will want to be in the top half of the table, that means a lot to them and they won't want to end the season with 3 defeats in a row,the last 2 unbelievably by the hackers of the Premiership, Man City.

I hope you are right.

United got a strong line up out against Blackpool, puts any weakened side line up to bed:rolleyes:.

Brad. 22-05-2011 02:16 PM

Blackpool and Wigan to go down I think.

bbfan1991 22-05-2011 03:50 PM

Ooh looks like Wolves and Wigan at the moment.

bbfan1991 22-05-2011 04:12 PM

Correction: Birmingham City and Wigan Athletic.

1717: GOALFLASH Man Utd 1-2 Blackpool (Taylor-Fletcher)

What's going on lol?

James 22-05-2011 04:39 PM

Man Utd are now 3-2 up. Forget that last post.

Shaun 22-05-2011 04:45 PM

I'd have probably predicted Birmingham and Wigan.

:o at how it's turning out...

KG. 22-05-2011 04:56 PM

Ahhh Birmingham coming down with us makes it so much better.

It's a shame Blackpool are going down though :(

Shaun 22-05-2011 05:01 PM

bye bye Birmingham and Blackpool. -can't say I mind those two-

joeysteele 22-05-2011 05:09 PM

Pathetic Stoke, hope they go down next season. terrible result, weren't even trying according a friend who was at the match.

What a roller coaster ride today's matches have been though.
I'm predicting Birmingham and Notts Forest as the 2 coming up from the Championship next season, Birmingham way too good to be in the Championship and West ham were hopeless completely today.
Blackpool will likely slide down the leagues now.

bbfan1991 22-05-2011 05:17 PM

Gutted for Birmingham:(. Not bothered about Blackpool but they gave it a good go, were attacking but at the back a shambles and they were a breath of fresh air.

Won the CC, in Europe next season and relegated. What a rollercoaster ride and they'll have financial troubles now.

Wolves survived:(. Happy for the people I know who support them though!
