while sitting at your desk lift your right foot of the ground and turn your foot in a clockwise circular movement...

then while doing that draw the number six in the air with your right hand.........

I bet your foot changed direction.:joker:

I think you might have worded it oddly - I first tried literally turning my foot (ie. using my ankle as the turning point) to do it and had no problem. However dangling my shin from my knee and spinning that clockwise made it a problem. :(
