Why's it called Julias theme?

It was named after one of the shows creators Julia Smith, she died in 1997 so this was a tribute to her:).

What was the theme called before she died then? Unless it was always Julia's Theme..

Im glad they use it more, its great to conclude era's or start of something new.

It's so nice.
I agree with Jordy, it's a great way to end the chapters of storylines such as the Babyswap one and then open up new Eras or something.

It's so emotional, I was watching tonight's episode barely looking - too busy arguing on Facebook and then the second I heard the Julia's Theme start I was like OMG and turned round.
