Would you want World Cup every 2 years?
Make the Premier League 16 teams, so they play total of 30 games.
Season runs from late August to mid December. Christmas Break. Continues mid January to early May. At the end of season we have either World Cup or European Championships. Qualification takes place for each tournament during the season. Advantages would be fresher players due to less overall fixtures and every summer is a summer of football  Both would improve chances of England actually winning it |
No, it would clash with the Euro Cup.

they would be less tired because the domestic season is shorter and also there is a christmas break like i said in first post
africa and south america have their tourney every 2 years south america play so much more football than europe (pele played like a million games ), so it is definitely possible |
I don't think so, maybe every 3 years but 2 is too short.
|
It would be to much of a very good thing, Tournaments like the world cup take a long time to prepare for so it wouldn't be possible in a lot of country's anyway ( Unless you want a really poor world cup in 8,000 seated stadiums ) it took south africa years to get the stadiums ready for the World cup last year and even if it was every two years the importance of it wouldn't be the same.

also Oceania should merge with Asia because the standard of Oceania is so poor it doesnt even warrant their 0 or 1 place allocation they currently have, especially after Ossies left for Asia.
I would also combine N and S America to one confederation. Main reason to improve the standard of Caribbean Nations, they would play the South Americans more often and improve their game. Then there is 4 confederations Europe Asia Africa Americas |
No. Every 4 years makes it more special
