Are they allowed to tell people on the streets that they're on The Apprentice?

I've seen episodes where the contestants are trying to sell stuff on the streets to customers. I was wondering if any of them are allowed to mention that they're on the show The Apprentice and if they buy the things they're trying to sell for a few pounds they'll be on national television. Seems that would be the smart thing to do (if it's allowed).

Given that there are camera crews, sound men, Nick and Karen mooching around......with the contestants shouting into mobile phones etc, I think they wouldn't have to really.

I wondered that too then thought what Pyramid's just said.. pretty sure it will help them bargain a lot more (as it would look good on the shops etc.)
