I wonder if I was ever approached by Syco for a recording contract if I would just tick 'Yes I agree to the terms and conditions' without bothering to read.

Like I do with Apple, Pornhub, TiBB, YouTube, Facebook and everything else.

You know lots of rubbish is claimed about various media shows usually. If it's not true they don't give a **** cause it's all fluff and they don't have time. But if they go to the trouble of removing the text and simon making a quick official statement, when he wasn't even that quick to make one for cheryl, maybe it's true.

"Any publicity is good publicity" - there never was a truer saying. I wouldn't put it past Cowell to have started the story himself! After all you couldn't buy the amount of publicity and interest this story has generated.

Simon's voice wobbled a bit when he was talking about it at the start of last night's show. I thought he was going to burst into tears.
