Models/wannabe models-why?
 

Why have the BB producers decided to go for models and wannabe models as housemates? Its been like this since BB5.

Its produced vacuos, empty souled contestants, who only have the ambition to get on the front cover of Nuts and the like.

Is it a directive from C4 to get some 'totty' on screen over the summer hoping they'll be wearing slinky bikinis?

Surely its better to have normal looking contestants who are interesting and have something to offer the house?

you normally find as well that the model types are the last to get their kit off as well

i agree there is alot of models or wanna be models as u say... but i aint complaining.

i recon that over half the people who audition for big brother come under this category so there is bound to be a large proportion of them in the house

Do normal or average joes actually want to go into that house knowing the media circus that occurs afterwards?

I think only the persons who actually audition are the fame seekers and model wannabes.

Still makes good television though.

The only ones to get their bits out last year were Lesley and Kinga? A couple of chunkies and definitely not model material.

I don't really want to see girls getting their boobs out, I've got a wife for that :tongue: , so i'd sooner they had models who didn't flash, than chunky girls who make me spit out my dinner when they get their boobs out, as it's quite repulsive :tongue:

I think they pick Models and pretty people in general to keep the male viewers watching. If they put old wrinkleys in I dont think the men would still watch.
