The singer turned fashion designer tied the knot in a "typical village wedding" in Cranham, Gloucestershire earlier today, but it was not until their reception in the grounds of their £3m manor that Cooper revealed the happy news.

The newlyweds decided to make their announcement after Allen passed the crucial 12-week threshold, adding that a scan had shown that the baby is growing healthily.

Allen earlier sparked speculation of her condition by sporting a "noticeable bulge" under her wedding dress, according to the News of the World.

Allen and Cooper lost their first baby four months into her pregnancy last November.

She previously miscarried the child she was expecting with Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons in January 2008.

Allen and Cooper were said to have started trying for another baby at the start of 2011

Me too:), good news but she's had some tragedy recently and it's nice to see her smiling again and having some positive news. Hopefully she'll be alright this time but she'll understandably be more worried!

I liked lily up until she cried like a baby on her blog and said she was quitting music for good because of piracy and lack of protection but in the same article on her blog used photographs that were protected by law against being used without permission the very same law that she was having a hissy fit about duh.
