Coronation Street

It's not hard to understand why Tina, who’s just discovered she’s been cheated on, is so upset this week. But she finds herself doing things she may later regret...

First, she refuses to accept any apology from Graeme. She even threatens to report him to immigration authorities. Her former flame definitely doesn't want the police to find out about his fake marriage and send him back to prison, so he decides to flee Weatherfield with new girlfriend – wife actually – Xin, to make sure they don't get caught.

Later on, heartbreak turns to anger as Tina lashes out at Kylie in the Rovers. It's doesn’t help, though, that Kylie appears to be enjoying seeing Tina hurt by the break-up... It's then down to David and Steve to try and stop the catfight – but not without trouble.

Also this week, three new faces make an appearance in Weatherfield: new barmaid Stella arrives together with partner Karl and daughter Eva, after Becky goes off the rails.

EastEnders

Max Branning may still be in love with his ex-wife, but that doesn't stop him from asking current girlfriend Vanessa to marry him.

Max makes the shock proposal just as Vanessa questions his feelings for Tanya, who he has recently been getting closer to. There's no doubt Max would prefer to be with Tanya, but she’s still in a relationship with Greg, and is even trying for a baby with him. So he knows there’s probably very little hope of a proper reunion with her.

As Max struggles to give a clear answer to Vanessa about what’s going on with his ex, it suddenly dawns on him that he could maybe get a reaction from Tanya if he got engaged to Vanessa... He then pops the question to a surprised Vanessa who's only too pleased to accept. Will the news make Tanya jealous?

Also this week, Ronnie faces a tough dilemma as she discusses her forthcoming court appearance with her lawyer.

Emmerdale

Mia suspects her mum Ella is having an affair – but little does she realise that she's been cheating with her boyfriend.

Ella's secret relationship with her toyboy lover has continued despite the odds. This week, she manages to convince Adam to follow her to a hotel room, even though he has previously been trying to put an end to the affair.

What Ella doesn't realise is that, in the meantime, Declan has been busy organising a surprise party for her, and is now wondering where she is. Also, Adam ends up feeling guilty when he realises that Mia has been trying to call him while he's been with her mum. Will people finally realise what's been going on between them?

Meanwhile, Charity persuades boyfriend Jai to get involved in a dodgy scam, but Cain finds out about their plans and decides to report Jai to the police.

Relatively quiet for soapland :laugh:

I can't see how Xin could stay without Graeme. Unless he decides he's a complete twat and goes on his own

they could leave together, have a domestic and xin comes back

I certainly can't see the Platts putting her up without Graeme

I'm not looking forward to Michelle Collins joining :(

I'm waiting for the stubborn Corrie fans to bitch about her just because she used to be in EastEnders.

Sounds great. Interested to see how this Ronnie/Kat storyline will turn out. Coronation Street is awful at the moment. Too unrealistic, not enough, if any, likable characters, completely far-fetched storylines and generally dull.

Exactly. How Graeme could have gone for Xin and not Tina is beyond me. Tina was well fit! ;)

Wow Eastenders just gets less and less interesting.

Why the hell are they still dragging on this Tanya and Max storyline? It reached its conclusion three years ago. I would've thought they would have had the decency to stop the storyline when Max came back after Tanya buried him. To Bryan Kirkwood: Tanya and Max are NOT the new Den and Angie. They're either together or not together. Us viewers are getting sick of it!

The affair and aftermath was brilliant, but this is ****.

It was brilliant, but they should've stopped after Tanya buried Max and left it as that. One thing I particularly hate is the way they glamorise it on the magazines as if us viewers are actually arsed.

I agree, it was great and I'm glad Tanya is back now but wtf.
