Yep, it has became a joke how many fights they make you pay for now.

James DeGale v George Groves for example, first big fight for these guys and Sky decide to charge you £15 or whatever it is, I always watch PPV fights on a stream on the Internet anyway.

But yeah hope they show most fights on channel 5 from now on.

Kerry 13-06-2011 08:58 PM

Sounds promising. Pay Per is such a rip off

michael21 13-06-2011 09:12 PM

I agree boxing ppv what the point of payig £15 it might only last 30secs anyway i hope the boxing on ch5 will have some good action look like its ppv in the usa hope there show the full card channel5 are the owners of Primetime i am looking forward to this

"We have a situation where we have options, but his next fight is going to be on Five," said Hennessy.

"I've noticed non-boxing people talking about this fight, talking about Tyson Fury. He's been getting recognised in the street by non-boxing people.

"If we have about five or six outings on terrestrial TV he's going to be a household name for sure."

Kerry 24-07-2011 07:47 PM

Saw a good fight on C5 last night. Tyson Fury was his name (forgot the loser)

Kerry 24-07-2011 07:48 PM

Oh, pic above LOL!!

King Gizzard 24-07-2011 07:48 PM

It was so cheap and cringeworthy last night, and Tyson Fury is like the Boxing equivalent of the Waterboy

i am glad Tyson won because i had money on it  best boxing match i seen for a long time

Kerry 24-07-2011 07:52 PM

Dunno how they went all 12 rounds. They looked bolloxed

Saw the BB advert during the wrestling match thing afterwards :D

seanraff07 24-07-2011 08:00 PM

I don't rate Tyson Fury, he won't go any further than the British Title IMO.

And I can safely say Klitschko would kill him, last night was more evidence that he would, Fury toiled at times and needs to spend more time in the gym shaping up if he wants to go far... he looks like a giant, not a boxer.

King Gizzard 24-07-2011 08:02 PM

Was funny seeing Frank Warren chat him up when he won. twat.
