Channel 4 late night ratings without Big Brother
 

Anyone know how well its doing without Big Brother compared with this time last year

I actually think this is very relevant, it's interesting to see how 'The Other Side' handles the loss of the show, and based on what I've found it's doing rather badly. Below are the top 30 highest rated shows on Channel 4 for the second week of June, which was when Big Brother 11 began last year. Bolded are programmes which are in the 9/10pm slot which Big Brother filled on the channel.

These figures are actually quite alarming for Channel 4, of the top 30 programmes on the channel that week only 6 were in the 9pm slot, whilst none were in the 10pm slot, which of course were the two main BB slots, added to that only 2 programmes that week were higher then the average for BB11 (3 million), one of which was a one off drama whilst the other was the same 'shock television' that Channel 4 said they wanted to distance themselves from when they axed BB.

No, this thread is actually very relevant. We all wanted Channel 4 to suffer with the loss of BB, and now the time has come where we can actually find out if Channel 4 would have been better off keeping it, you all complain? Not far on the OP in my opinion.

That is actually quite interesting. As BB Hit a high of 4 Million during BB11 Sometimes, it proves that C4 is struggling.. :L I mean the Simpsons is still getting in the top 30? :O I mean i love them but :O

Comparative ratings are always interesting ..... :cool:

BB11 only hit 4 million on finale and launch.

Some of these shows are performing better than bb11 did even though bb11 averaged 3 million alot of the highlight shows drew under 3 million
