Top 5 Cities
Pick your 5 favourite Cities in the world. :amazed: For me its the following:
1) London - Because I live there and its fabulous. *Feels really gay from saying fabulous* 2) Beijing- Fell in love with the place when I visited it. Its such a nice, laid back city and everyone's so friendly. :') 3) Shanghai - Kinda the opposite of Beijing, think of it as China's New York. When I went there the whole place just astounded me. The skyscrapers alone had me awestruck. 4) New York - I only visited for a couple of days but when I saw Times Square I loved it. I wish i could go back and see more of it soon though. 5) Dubai - Again, I only visited for a couple days but this place is mental. I went to a shopping centre which had a Ski Slope there to use. I was standing there (in shorts and flip flops) watching these people in ski suits go down the slopes. I n s a n e. Yours? :spin2: |

You can't base your judgement on a TV show's perspective. |
:O Five. This is hard. Cities are my fav things in the world:
London- It's jst so busy, multi-cultural and diverse. It's the best place on earth for shopping and eating. The architecture is INCREDIBLE. It's so interesting and you see something different on every street. Feck, it's so good that I'm moving there when I get through uni. Paris- Love the Haussmannian architecture and uniform streets. More fab modern stuff too. It feels really cultured and the museums are great. Can be a bit gritty but I think that adds it. Probably the world biggest concentration of famous landmarks in a small area. Berlin- The history drips from this place. You can see the remains of Hitler's bunker a street away from the left overs of the Berlin wall, which is in turn literally a short walk from the beautiful Reichstag/Brandenburg gate. It is the city with the coolest people in the world. The club scene is amazing and it is really diverse and interesting. NYC- It's a parallel of London in many ways I suppose. It's an Art Deco heaven and the feeling it projects is that NYC= The capital of the world. Tokyo- This is where East meets West. The biggest city on EARTH. The culture is really strange, but I love it! It might not be the most attractive city, but for someone like me who loves big urban environments it's heaven. The sky scrapers are so cool and futuristic and Shibuya (sp?) is probably the busiest little patch on this planet. I would also have loved to have said Prague, Madrid, Barcelona, Dublin, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Budapest, Rome, Milan, Seattle, Chicago, Toronto, Buenos Ares, Santiago, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Ghaungzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Osaka... my own BELSHAFT!!one11!! awh **** I'm gonna go on forever |
