Fruit & Veg shop to open on Corrie
BATTY Corrie knicker-stitcher Julie Carp and new lover Brian Packham will turn Ashley Peacock's old butchers' shop into a trendy fruit and veg store.
Viewers will see her romance with Brian blossom - and it will become so serious that they go into business. The store will open in the autumn and work has already begun on the new set. The storyline comes as bosses try to get Weatherfield residents - and viewers - eating their five-a-day. A source said: "The idea is to teach viewers about healthy eating, without preaching. "Many ITV bosses are worried the regular cast are only ever seen in the Rovers or Dev's kebab shop." Read more: http://vgportal.thesun.co.uk/sol/hom...#ixzz1QQkC8WQD |
....And the winner of most awkward/pointless thread and storyline goes to:
