Worst insult

you have even been given

I got told I was a wannabe American once.

whats your worst insult that you have been given?

By worst insult, I mean the crappest one you have ever been given, not the most offensive. I do apologize if I caused any confusion

Shaun 27-06-2011 08:10 PM

uuuuh "i wish you had died instead of michael" (my half-brother who died 2009)

Ninastar 27-06-2011 08:11 PM

thats sad though, I mean worst insult as in crappest

i only called you that because of the hair similarity

Shaun 27-06-2011 08:14 PM

oh right LOL i dunno. I'll say "get your facts right" then because it came from a member of the Kaiser Chiefs, so it has to be crap

i don't have a fro, nor is my hair ginger, that's why it was a terrible insult

Stu 27-06-2011 08:15 PM

'Shut up druggie', 'who cares what a drug addict thinks' etc.

There was a very small window two or three years ago where that was applicable. THE WINDOW IS SHUT.

I never really argue with anyone so it doesn't get to a heated point ever with me where insults may start flying.

I try not to and don't think I have really insulted anyone.soap characters and celebrities I may do sometimes but never people I am around or know.

Marc 27-06-2011 08:24 PM

'so's ya mum'

Pyramid* 27-06-2011 08:25 PM

The most 'cutting thing' ever said to me was on the day of my father's funeral. My mother was a hopeless alcoholic and had serious psychological issues.

My father'sdied in not the best of circumstances and there was no 'wake' - just a few close friends to return to the house. I refused to have alcohol served (for obvious reasons) and had asked those attending, if they agreed (they all did and they all backed up me 100%).

My mother spat out at me that she would never forgive me for not giving my father a proper send off and that I was a disgrace to him and her. She was sober at the time.

I don't think I'll ever get over the hurt that one small comment caused me.

S*** as they say, happens.

Unbelievable (not that I don't believe you.. I mean it's unbelievable the things another human being can say to another one... especially ones that are meant to love one another).

That's awful Pyramid, I would have supported your stance on that,in fact I always refuse to take alcohol when at a funeral, before or after it. I just don't see the need for it.

Shaun 27-06-2011 08:28 PM

what makes it worse is that it was my sister LOL - although tbf she was drunk and I'd just poured a glass of (my) champagne (that she'd decided to open for and consume herself) over her.

I'm sure it was just a heat of moment thing

GypsyGoth 27-06-2011 08:32 PM

Not sure about the worst, but the most hurtful was being teased at school.
