How I'd Do Big Brother on Channel 5
 

Didn't know whether to put this here or not but anywhere this is how i'd do Big Brother on channel 5.

Main Host - Emma Willis: Reason: She loves Big Brother and has a similar quirky presenting style

Highlight show narrator - Marcus Bentley: Reason Everyone loves him

BBLB - Kate Walsh and Brian Dowling: Reason they worked well together in Studio 5 plus they've both been contestants on reality shows.

I've got more to add just thought i'd share what I've got so far. Feel free to comment and add suggestions.

I like it but I would have two eviction shows and have the evicted housemate revealed at the end of the highlight show then the eviction and interview 30 minutes later.

The Problem with 2 eviction shows on channel 5 is they don't have an established 30 minute entertainment show that could fill the gap and keep viewers. I think channel 5 would be better having 1 show.

I'd put the Highlights show on at 9pm.. Cause i've gotta go to bed at 10:15 :/ on School nights

I think 10 is better the competition is less and channel 5 can still show CSIs and other shows to keep there current viewers happy

I still think 9PM. Cause C4 Air loads of random shizz.So do ITV, BBC Ect. Channel 5 would have all of BB'S Fanbase following them and therefore watching regardless of the time xD I'd love it to be 9pm as i could watch it :/ If its 10pm i'll die D: :L

I see your point the problem is Big Brother isn't a big primetime hit anymore, channel 5 would be best focusing on US drama and factual at 9 and them stripping Big Brother at 10 where it will rate between 1.5-2mil whereas at 9 it would get ripped and maybe get 1mil at the most.

10pm would definitely be better than 9. The later it is the less likely they will continue to aim BB towards tweens.
It needs to become more of a matured adult show.

The other reason they shouldn't air it at 9 is because channel 5 don't have a plus 1 so people wouldn't be able to watch it at 10 hence it would fail more. Channel 5 should air it at 10 for the sake of success.

BB has to air at 10pm because it will need to go back to being an adult show like it set out to be not a kiddies tea party.the other reason the 10pm slot will fit better is in case you have forgotten this X Factor and IACGMOOH will be airing at the same time as BB.

Not too keen on the idea of Big Brother launch on the back of the Celebrity Big Brother final but i think this is about how it will play out.
