How are your mornings like?

We all like a bit of rest! I, personally, hate being woken up early in the morning. How about you? Do you just wake up, or does it take you any effort?

:)

Beastie 06-07-2011 11:48 PM

I don't start work until 1:30pm ;) I set my alarm for 11:30am. Sometimes it's nice to wake up before it.

But yeah don't like early mornings! lol

Josy 06-07-2011 11:50 PM

I'm not a morning person, it takes me about half an hour to get up and turn off the alarm, and then i'm usually a grumpy bitch for about 2 hours after that

I dont usually see mornings as such :/

I go to sleep at around 6/7am and get up at 1pm ish

If I need to be up I have to set about 20 alarms on my phone, to go off a few mins after each other, because I just knock them off and go back to sleep usually :laugh2:

If I am forced to get up I am one evil person. If I wake up naturally I'm fine.

joeysteele 07-07-2011 08:18 AM

I am good in the mornings, as long as I have had 5/6 hours sleep, I have no problem waking up and mostly wake up around 7am every morning anyway.

As I've gotten older, mornings have gotten harder. I often start work at 8, so have to get the 6:45 bus into work. That means I'm up at about 5:30. It usually helps if I just get a good nights sleep and then have about 5 coffee's in the morning

Ammi 07-07-2011 11:09 AM

I'm ok in the mornings, I'm up around 5.30am and I find it hard to lie in at weekends, I'm so used to it. I'm quite wide awake and do most of my thinking in the mornings, but I'm normally falling asleep by about 9pm:bawling:

Patrick 07-07-2011 11:11 AM

I get up about 10 now - which is early for Summer me and it's all thanks to my ringtone.

Mornings are evil.

As soon as I get up I'm wide awake and usually in a good mood.

I do detest getting up in the winter though when its still dark outside! I really struggle with it!

I actually LIKE waking up at 6am. Get to work an hour before anybody else does, get to concentrate and just get on with it my stuff! What I hate is waking up at 11/12 and having that extremely lazy feeling. I woke up at 9:30 today and I feel gross

Livia 07-07-2011 01:52 PM

I hate mornings. Getting up is one of the worst, darkest most unpleasant things in the world. If I have an early flight to catch I stay up all night because I know that I just can't get up early. On the occasions when I have had to get up at daft o'clock I feel physically sick. I am hateful in the mornings, I know this. If I ever had to kill someone I'd do it in the morning because I could do it without a second thought. Anyone who knows me leaves me completely alone until about 10:30 around which time I morph back into a human being.

Boothy 07-07-2011 01:59 PM

I actually like getting up early because I feel like a slob when I wake up in the afternoon, which happens regularly when I've nothing to be up for.

I like staying up late too though so I'm hardly ever up at a reasonable time anymore.

Jords 07-07-2011 03:14 PM

Hate being woken up and not waking up naturally :suspect:

Doogle 07-07-2011 04:17 PM

Wake me up and I'll hurt you. :bored:

Haha, this sounds quite like me :joker:

Doogle 07-07-2011 04:46 PM

Oh god yeah getting up at 4am for holidays and stuff is horrible. I used to love it, despite the sickness, but now I just feel too sick and I can't do it.

CharlieO 07-07-2011 04:47 PM

Wake me up and be prepared for anger.
