Tom for me, he hasn't shown any signs of leadership and I think people are forgetting that the prize is very different this team and LS is looking for a leader, rather than a follower.

Toms a lovely guy, but easily the worst candidate IMO.

I definitely agree. No leadership skills and he wouldn't be able to manage a team full of business professionals - they'd walk all over him.
