Falling up the stairs.
 

I don't know if any of you will agree, but surely it's a lot easier to fall up the stairs, rather than down them, yet so many people get embarrassed about such an occasion. In actual fact, I can't remember the last time I fell down a set of stairs, but I'm always stumbling up them.

I agree with this. I am constantly banging my face on the stairs by walking up them too fast.

I have big feet so trip up on stairs all the time.

.. or stubbing my damn toes and then dancing around the front room making stupid noises and pulling silly faces!

I do it more often than I admit!! Feel like an arse when it happens though!!

Also have a habit of catching my sleeves on the interior door handles.... not realising till I get 'whipped' backward !!

I'm the only one in my house that doesn't smoke (apart from my pregnant mum, although she is missing it a lot!) so when everyone goes out the back to have a fag I usually lean against the kitchen door to join in the conversation and then when they all finish the door handle gets caught in my belt hole! The amount of times I've nearly pulled the door off it's hinges :joker:

I usually end up hopping then lying on the floor rocking and swearing until the pain goes away. :joker:

The only time I have ever fell down the stairs was in the middle of a crowded restaurant/bar. I hadnt drank anything, but I pretended I was really drunk when I got up so that it was less embarassing :laugh:

I've only fallen down the stairs once and it was in my first year at secondary school. I had made a fruit salad in my first ever catering session and it ended up being splattered all over the floor. I'd never cried so much in my life.

The night before my mum had moaned at me because she couldn't afford to get all of the fruit and stuff for it and when she eventually did I was determined to make her proud. It was a really poignant moment in my life, I realised that day that life was a b*tch! :pat:

I just did this literally 30 secomds ago whilst running up the stairs to get my laptop plugged in before it dies :(
