There's a moment where he looks at the street camera, but then again he looks that spaced out he's probably just staring into any direction his body is facing.

Something doesn't look quite right about it, it looks kinda staged. I would expect a drunk to be more jelly legged and not able to get up so easily, and vomiting with all the banging against things going on.
