anxiety

lately I've been feeling so anxious about nothing in particular, it normally lasts about a day and happens more often when I'm hungover. today I feel so terrified, I've got a big knot in my stomach and I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack

2 things:
1. does anyone else get this weird hangover symptom
2. how the he'll do I get rid of this feeling?!

Marc 13-07-2011 06:21 PM

CharlieO 13-07-2011 06:31 PM

I get like that loads for no reason.

It's called the fear. It's completely normal and happens to plenty of people after a night of drinking. The key is to start drinking again as soon as possible.

Answers:

1.Alcohol is a known depressant, and what you exprience is common.

2.Ease up on the excess boozing if it happens more often after you've drinking.

hannah. 13-07-2011 06:52 PM

I'm going to stop drinking for a while I think, it's pretty much ruining my life

hannah. 13-07-2011 06:53 PM

someone advise me on how I can calm myself now? a hug from my boyfriend would help but he's on tour and currently in scunthorpe. useless.

Stu 13-07-2011 06:56 PM

Go for a walk, realize it's all in your head and be thankful you're not immersed in the heady RocknRoll world of Scunthorpe.

InOne 13-07-2011 06:56 PM

Mouthwash, it actually randomly worked for me :S

Marc 13-07-2011 06:57 PM

I was about to say near exactly this, so I will just endorse what Pyramid says really.
Hope those anxious feelings ease off for you though.
