These were on tv at the end of April and BB then kicked off 23rd May.

Bring back this kind of promo for BB12.

I can remember there was "uproar" coz they painted that giant eye on the grass.

So CBB8 starts in roughly 4 weeks which is the same ammount of time advertising begun back in 2003.

Yeah that is pretty epic. But C5 would never have that kind of style or go to that effort.

For such a crappy series BB4 had an amazing graphics set. I'd love to actually watch it because I oddly enjoy really boring BB stuff like just watching simple people have simple chats but obviously it's not exactly the most popular year for uploaders.

They seem to have the budget though

Even tough it was a boring series,It was planned amazingly.The Promos,The graphics and the house were the best BB ever had

If they did this now it'd be a crappy knock off version designed on a computer.

I thought the exact opposite. They've only just managed to scrape together enough cash for BB, it seemed.

No.

Apparently the budgets higher.

Hence the prize money going up.

Less promotion and more waste of money.

"Oh, I'm definitely going to tune into Big Brother now because they used a eye crop circle in the advert"

Yeah right.

It was stunts like these that got Channel 4 and Big Brother into financial trouble in the first place.

Seeing those ads got me so excited back in the day and defo made me tune in...oh and 7.1 million others.

They were exciting and shoved it in your face that BIG BROTHER WAS BACK!

Defo not a waste of money....If you want a succesfull show you need to go all out and promote the **** out of it.

Yeah, it defo did get people taking about the adverts and the fact BB was back.

So not a waste of money

The only Launch that beat this was BB5 which drawed in 7.2 Million viewers.

And that was defo down the the whole EVIL-BLACK FRIDAY promotion they had in the month running up to launch.

It just proves that promotion works as more viewers tuned into the BB5 launch even after the disaster that was BB4.

Ratings would have plummeted without the campaign.

Promo is a powerfull thing.

These got me so excited :D I just watched them again! I had the White horse one as my background :)

Best adverts ever. I remember the pictures in the paper of them creating the eyes.

After watching these its made me even more excited for the launch next month
